AKVA group ASA : CFO Eirik Børve Monsen resigns at year end 2016

Eirik Børve Monsen (41) has informed AKVA group ASA that he will resign from his

position as Group CFO. It has been agreed that Monsen will continue in his

position throughout 2016, when he will take up the position as CFO of Lyse AS, a

Norwegian industrial group operating within the fields of energy and fibre-based

broadband. A process to recruit a new CFO for AKVA group is initiated.

Monsen is resigning after 5 years as CFO of AKVA group. AKVA group regrets

Monsen's decision to leave, but is grateful for his services to the company.
