AKVA group ASA: Change of CFO

Mr. Eirik Børve Monsen will step down from the position as CFO in AKVA group ASA

on 1 January 2017.

Mr. Simon Nyquist Martinsen will take up the position as CFO of AKVA group ASA

no later than 1 March 2017.

AKVA group's  Group Controller, Mr. Andreas Pierre Hatjoullis, will be acting

CFO from 1 January 2017 until Mr. Martinsen joins the company.
