Changes in management

Rolf Andersen has today resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer in

the company to seek new career opportunities. He will step down from the CFO

position as of today and will have his last working day by the end of February.

Morten Nærland has on a temporary basis accepted the position as the Chief

Financial Officer as of today. Morten Nærland has been with AKVA group since

2001 and is coming from the position as Deputy CEO of AKVA group. Prior to this

he has had the position as General Manager of AKVA group Chile (2006-2009) and

prior to this as CFO of AKVA group (2001-2006).

At the same time the General Manager of AKVA group North America, Patrick

Dempster has informed that he wants to return to Chile with his family later

this year. As a consequence he will depart from AKVA group during May this

year. Wade Kaskiw, who is presently CFO of the Canadian operations, has

accepted to take on the new role as General Manager for AKVA group North

America. Also Mr. Keith Richford has accepted the role as Sales and Market

Manager for the North American market and he will therefore move with his family

to the main office in the West coast of Canada (Campbell River). Currently he is

in charge of sales of Production Control systems in AKVA group and located on

the East Coast of Canada (Halifax).
