Considered and approved allotment of 4,99,98,000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up to the Existing Shareholders in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. 1 (One) New Bonus share of Rs. 1/- each for every 5 (Five) Existing equity shares face of value of Rs.1 (one) to eligible members whose name appeared in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners provided by Depositories/ RTA as on 15[th] February,2024 being the record date fixed for the purpose..
