1. Appointment of Mr. Pramod Srivastava, (DIN: 08310525) as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with effect from April 1, 2020.

Mr. Pramod Srivastava, has done B. Tech. (Chemical Tech.) from HBTI, Kanpur. He is a stalwart of OFC industry and brings with him a rich professional experience of 29+ years.

The Board Meeting commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 02.58 p.m.
