This is to inform you that Board of Directors of Aksh Optifibre Limited has approved with requisite majority, the appointment of Mr. Charandeep Singh (DIN: 07590912) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee for a period of five years from May 25, 2020 till May 25, 2025, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of shareholders’.

Mr. Charandeep is a Chartered Accountant and is engaged in providing Audit and Advisory Service to domestic and foreign clients for more than 12 years. He is not related to any Director of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Further it is hereby confirmed that Mr. Charandeep is not debarred from holding the Office of the Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
