This is to inform you that Board of Directors of Aksh Optifibre Limited, upon the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and upon the approval of the Audit Committee in its meeting held on today, i.e. May 28, 2020 has approved the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Kumar Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from May 29, 2020.
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Jain is a Chartered Accountant with 11 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting and Taxation. He was lastly acting as “Process Leader-Finance & Accounts and associated with the Company since 2009.
The Board Meeting commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:45 p.m.
