Additional Explanations

According to our Board of Directors' Decision dated 18 March 2021, it has been resolved to amend the Company's Articles of Association- Article no. 6 named "Capital and Types of Shares" as attached with an aim to maintain existing authorised capital and extend its validity period for another five-year term (between 2021-2025). In that respect, it has been decided to make the necessary applications to Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade and submit the above mentioned amendment to the approval of upcoming General Assembly. On 22 March 2021, application to Capital Markets Board was submitted.
