RELEASE OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

AKORA Resources Limited (the “ Company ”) wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 10,257,881 fully paid ordinary shares (“ Escrowed Shares ”) subject to voluntary escrow arrangements at the time that the Company was admitted to the official list on the ASX will be released from voluntary escrow on 15 June 2021.

The Escrowed Shares are already quoted on the ASX.
