Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Mr Stephen Fabian has informed the Chairman of the Company of his decision to resign as a non-executive director.

Mr Fabian stated that his decision arose from other external circumstances.

Mr Fabian also stated that he had enjoyed his years as a director of the Company and felt extremely pleased with what had been achieved whilst he was a member of the board of directors – the securing of seed funding to enable the listing, the successful ASX listing and most importantly, outstanding exploration success at the Bekisopa project.

Mr Fabian said he looked forward to seeing the translation of the exploration success at the Bekisopa project into a JORC Resource as well as recommencing exploration activities at both Ambodilafa and Tratramarina, which drew his interest to the Company and lead the seed funding processes three years ago.

Mr Stirzaker, the Chairman of the Company, thanked Mr Fabian for his contribution and particularly for developing relationships between the Company and Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited and the diligence he portrayed through the time-consuming listing process. Mr Stirzaker, on behalf of the entire board of directors, wished Mr Fabian well for the future.

Mr Stirzaker wished to inform shareholders that the Company will immediately begin the process for the appointment of an appropriately skilled non-executive director to replace Mr Fabian.
