Due to our share price is discounted compared to both our net asset value (the share price is TRY 6,25 according to the net asset value by 31.12.2022) and the market, our Board of Directors decided on 24.04.2023 to buy back shares in order to protect our shareholders' interests considering our share price and price fluctuations. According to the decision, the period of the aforementioned buy back program is one year, the maximum amount of fund that can be allocated is TRY 200,000,000 and the maximum number of shares that can be subject to buyback is TRY 65,000,000 (5% of our company's issued capital). The decision of board of directors will take place on the agenda of the first general assembly meeting and submitted to the shareholders for their information.
