Additional Explanations

At the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company dated 01.04.2024; it was decided to redetermine the validity period and amount of the registered capital ceiling, taking into account that the validity of the existing registered capital ceiling of TL 6,500,000,000, which is valid for the years 2020-2024, will expire as of the end of this year.

Within this framework;

By our Board of Directors,

1. To increase the current registered capital ceiling of our company and determine it as TL 50,000,000,000 for the years 2024-2028,

2. In this context, to amend Article 8 titled "Capital and Shares" of the Articles of Association of our Company as set forth in the Annex,

3. To apply to the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade in order to obtain the necessary authorisations and to fulfil other legal procedures

has been decided.

Moreveover Our application to CMB was submitted on 01.04.2024.

The amendment text, which was inadvertently omitted to be included in the attachment of the PDP announcement made at 15:59:56, is attached to this announcement.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto and in case of any discrepancy in the texts of the disclosure, the Turkish disclosure will be accepted as the basis.
