Şirketimizin 6.500.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 1.300.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı nakit karşılığı ve %200 oranında olmak üzere 2.600.000.000 TL artışla 3.900.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin olarak 14.12.2023 tarihinde başlayan 15 günlük yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması süreci 28.12.2023 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.

Ortaklarımızın yeni pay alma haklarını kullanma süresi içinde, kullanılmayan yeni pay alma haklarına karşılık gelen payların toplam nominal değeri  9.296.716,210 TL olup Şirketin toplam sermayesine oranı %0,24'dür. Kalan paylar, 2 – 3 Ocak 2024 tarihlerinde 2 iş günü süreyle İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aracılığıyla Borsa İstanbul A.Ş Birincil Piyasada, "Borsa'da Satış" yöntemi ile 1,00 TL nominal değerden az olmamak üzere Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'de Birincil Piyasada oluşacak fiyattan satışa sunulacaktır

Halka arz esaslarını içeren Tasarruf Sahiplerine Satış Duyurusuna; Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu (KAP)'nun www.kap.org.tr, Şirketimizin www.akfengyo.com.tr ve halka arzda satışa aracılık edecek İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.'nin www.infoyatirim.com adreslerindeki internet sitelerinden de ulaşılması mümkündür.

Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılması ve yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasının ardından kalan payların Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasası'nda satılamayanlar olması halinde kalan satılamayan kısmın tamamı, payların Borsa'da satış süresinin bitişini takip eden 3 (üç) iş günü içinde nominal değerden aşağı olmamak üzere Borsa'da halka arz edildiği iki günde oluşan ağırlıklı ortalama fiyatın ortalamasından bedelleri tam olarak ve nakden ödenerek Akfen Holding ve/veya Akfen International tarafından satın alınacaktır.

The process of exercising the 15-day new share purchase rights, which started on 14.12.2023, regarding the increase of our company's issued capital of TL 1,300,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 6,500,000,000 to TL 3,900,000,000 with an increase of TL 2,600,000,000, all in cash and 200%, was completed on 28.12.2023.

The total nominal value of the shares corresponding to the new share purchase rights of our shareholders that were not used within the period of exercising their new share purchase rights is TL 9,296,716.210 and its ratio to the total capital of the Company is 0.24%. The remaining shares will be offered for sale in the Primary Market of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. through İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. for 2 business days on 2 - 3 January 2024 at the price to be formed in the Primary Market of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. at a nominal value of not less than TL 1.00 through the "Sale on the Stock Exchange" method

In the event that the shares remaining after the exercise of the rights to purchase new shares and the exercise of the rights to purchase new shares are not sold in the Primary Market of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş., all of the remaining unsold portion shall be purchased by Akfen Holding and/or Akfen International within 3 (three) business days following the end of the sales period of the shares in the Stock Exchange by paying in full and in cas
