Şirketimizce sermayemizin 900.000.000 TL'ye arttırılması amacıyla 02.06.2021 tarihinde SPK'ya başvurulmuş ve aynı tarihte söz konusu sermaye artışından elde edilecek fonun kullanım yerlerine dair rapor yayımlanmıştır. Bu defa raporda bazı güncellemeler yapılmış olup revize rapor ektedir. Sermaye artışı ile ilgili SPK nezdindeki değerlendirme süreci devam etmektedir.
