Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:III-48.1 sayılı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği uyarınca, portföyümüzde yer alan Adana Ibis, Ankara Ibis ve Bursa Ibis otellerine ait 2023 yıl sonu değerleme raporları ekte yer almaktadır.

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial: III-48.1 on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts, the 2023 year-end valuation reports of Adana Ibis, Ankara Ibis and Bursa Ibis hotels in our portfolio are attached hereto.
