Şirketimizin Vergi Usul Kanunu ve ilgili diğer vergi mevzuatı hükümlerine göre hazırlanmış, 01.01.2024 - 31.03.2024 dönemine ait Gelir Tablosu, Geçici Vergi Beyannamesi ekinde Vergi Dairesine sunulmuştur. Söz konusu Gelir Tablosu Şirket'in solo durumunu yansıtmakta olup, Şirket'in faaliyet sonuçları üzerinde önemli derecede belirleyici olan bağlı ortaklıklarının faaliyet sonuçlarını bütünüyle içermemektedir. Bu kapsamda, söz konusu Gelir Tablosu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre düzenlenmemiş olup, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre düzenlenen Gelir Tablosu'nu temsil eder nitelikte değildir.

Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına ve bu kapsamda Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına göre hazırlanan bireysel ve konsolide finansal tablolarımız ayrıca yayımlanacaktır.

The Income Statement for the period 01.01.2024 - 31.03.2024, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law and other relevant tax legislation, has been submitted to the Tax Office as an annex to the Provisional Tax Declaration. The aforementioned Income Statement reflects the Company's standalone position and does not include the results of operations of its subsidiaries, which have a significant impact on the Company's results of operations. In this context, the mentioned Income Statement has not been prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation and is not representative of the Income Statement prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation.

Our standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets legislation and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards will be published separately.
