Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:III-48.1 sayılı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği uyarınca, portföyümüzde yer alan Esenyurt Ibis, Eskişehir Ibis ve İzmir Ibis otellerine ait 2023 yıl sonu değerleme raporları ekte yer almaktadır.

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial: III-48.1 on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts, the 2023 year-end valuation reports of Esenyurt Ibis, Eskişehir Ibis and İzmir Ibis hotels in our portfolio are attached hereto.
