The increase of our Company's issued capital from TL 1,300,000,000 to TL 3,900,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 6,500,000,000 has been completed and the new version of Article 8 of our articles of association titled "Capital and Shares" has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 09.02.2024 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 12.02.2024 and numbered 11020. The updated articles of association including the latest amendments are attached hereto.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto, and in case of any discrepancy in the texts of the disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Şirketimizin 6.500.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, çıkarılmış sermayesinin 1.300.000.000 TL'den 3.900.000.000 TL'ye artırılması işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, esas sözleşmemizin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 8. maddesinin yeni şekli İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 09.02.2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 12.02.2024 tarih ve 11020 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Son değişiklikleri içeren güncel esas sözleşme ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
