In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 18.04.2025 and numbered 2025/5 and the Dividend Distribution Table, the proposal of the Board of Directors on not distributing dividends due to the fact that there is a Loss for the Period according to the legal records for the same period, although there is a Period Profit of TL 2,620,412,983 in our CMB financial statements for the accounting period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024, was submitted to the approval of the General Assembly, and it was decided not to distribute dividends with a majority of votes with 2,174,023,634.743 positive votes against 450,000 reject votes.
