Süresi içinde Şirket Merkezinde, Şirket internet sitesinde ve MKK'nın Elektronik Genel Kurul portalında Sayın Pay Sahiplerimizin incelemesine sunulmuş olan Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu'nda ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK")'nun II-14.1 Tebliği hükümleri kapsamında Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. tarafından denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda yasal mevzuata göre dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından, Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12.03.2021 tarih ve 2021/10 sayılı kararı doğrultusunda kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması hususu onaya sunuldu, 30.000 adet red oyuna karşılık 299.531.311 olumlu oy ile ve oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi, k ar dağıtım tablosu Ek-1'e alındı.
