2024 yılı Mayıs ayı sonu itibarıyla Türkiye otellerinin Euro bazında ilk 5 aylık toplam kira gelirleri bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre %12 artarken, Rusya otellerinde bu artış oranı %26, toplam kira gelirleri artış oranı ise Euro bazında %10 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. (Bu oransal karşılaştırmada Merit Park otelinin 2023 yılı gelirleri hariç tutulmuştur.)

As of the end of May 2024, the total rental revenues of Turkey hotels in Euro terms for the first 5 months of the year increased by 12% compared to the same period of the previous year, while the rate of increase in Russia hotels was 26% and the rate of increase in total rental revenues was 10% in Euro terms. (In this proportional comparison, the revenues of Merit Park hotel for 2023 are excluded).
