Results from Solstad Maritime Holding AS share offering

Reference is made to the announcements made by Aker ASA regarding the

refinancing of Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") on 23 October 2023 and 16 January

2024 and the announcements published by SOFF on 29 May 2024 and 12 June 2024

regarding the offering of 63,497,303 shares (the "Offering") in Solstad Maritime

Holding AS ("SMH"), which was fully underwritten by Aker Capital AS ("Aker

Capital").

The subscription period in the Offering expired today. Based on the number of

subscription rights to SMH shares validly exercised by others during the

subscription period, Aker Capital has pursuant to its underwriting commitment

subscribed for 5,095,519 shares in SMH, at the Offering subscription price of

NOK 11.82 per share.

Following completion of the Offering, Aker Capital owns 195,450,849 shares in

SMH, corresponding to an ownership interest of approimately 42%.
