Aker ASA: Aker Property Group completes final tranche of acquisition of ownership interest in Public Property Invest ASA

Fornebu, June 10, 2025. Aker Property Group AS (through its subsidiary APG

Invest AS) ("APG"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA ("Aker"), announces

today that it has completed the third and final tranche of the acquisition of a

strategic ownership interest in Public Property Invest ASA (OSE: PUBLI) ("PPI")

announced on May 13, 2025.

The final tranche is for 49,916,497 shares in PPI, following which APG owns

84,589,085 shares in PPI, equaling approximately 24.58 percent of the shares and

votes in the company.

At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in PPI held today, Jens

Jalland, CEO of APG, and Charlotte Haakonsen, General Counsel of Aker, were

elected as new members to the board of directors of PPI.
