Per Fritjof Eidsvig Røkke, son of Kjell Inge Røkke, has today acquired 1,200

shares in Aker BP ASA at a price of NOK 226.20 per share. Following the

transaction, Per Fritjof Eidsvig Røkke holds a total of 1,200 shares in Aker BP

ASA. Per Fritjof Eidsvig Røkke does not hold any shares in Aker ASA.

The Aker BP shares are considered to be linked to the shares in Aker ASA, cf.

the Market Abuse Regulation article 19. Please see attached notification form.
