Aker ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

As part of Aker ASAs employee share purchase programme, the following primary

insiders have on 10 June 2014 acquired shares.

The purchase price was set at NOK 186.40 per share.

Trond Brandsrud, CFO at Aker ASA, has through the company Nordbrand Invest AS

ordered 2 820 shares in Aker ASA. Mr. Brandsrud's  total shareholding after the

acquisition will be 36 926 shares, of which 11 000 shares are held through

Nordbrand Invest AS.

Atle Kigen, head of communication at Aker ASA, has ordered 500 shares in Aker

ASA. Mr. Kigen's total shareholding after the acquisition will be 4 849 shares.

Ola Snøve, investment director at Aker ASA, has through his wholly owned company

Storbrea AS ordered 2 164 shares in Aker ASA. Mr. Snøve's  total indirect

shareholding after the acquisition will be 106 439 shares.

Audun Stensvold, investment director at Aker ASA, has ordered 1 000 shares in

Aker ASA. Mr. Stensvold's total shareholding after the acquisition will be

3 294 shares.

Marianne Stigset, head of investor relations at Aker ASA, has ordered 80 shares

in Aker ASA. Ms. Stigset's total shareholding after the acquisition will be 489

shares.

Ove Andre Taklo, corporate controller at Aker ASA, has ordered 574 shares in

Aker ASA. Mr. Taklo's total shareholding after the acquisition will be 1 066

shares.

The allocation of shares is drawn from Aker ASAs holdings of own shares.

Subsequent to the transaction Aker ASA holds 35 262 own shares.
