Aker ASA : Contemplating new bond issue

Aker ASA is contemplating issuing SEK 1 billion in new senior unsecured bonds

with maturity in July 2019.

The net proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used for general

corporate purposes.

Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities have been appointed joint lead arrangers of

the contemplated bond issue.
