Aker ASA : Trond Brandsrud leaves Aker ASA

Trond Brandsrud has decided to seek new challenges outside Aker ASA, and will

resign as CFO at the end of the notice period July 31, 2015.

-Trond Brandsrud has during a period of 5 years made significant contributions

to Aker. He has been an important part of our team and has provided strong

support to his colleagues. We wish Trond Brandsrud all the best in his future

assignment, says CEO Øyvind Eriksen in Aker.

Brandsrud will continue as chairman of Ocean Yield ASA and Norron AB. Aker owns

73 per cent of the shares in the listed company Ocean Yield, and 48 per cent of

the fund management company Norron.
