Aker Solutions ASA: Sale of own shares for manager share purchase program
November 28, 2025 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has sold own shares in
connection with the company's manager share purchase program for 2025.
The program entitled selected managers of the company in Norway to purchase Aker
Solutions shares through cash payment, without any discount or price reduction
offered. However, participants who remain employed and have not sold any program
shares as of December 31, 2028 will receive matching shares in the ratio 1:2;
one matching share for every two shares acquired under the program.
The program was launched by Aker Solutions on November 4, 2025. The subscription
period started on the same day and ended on November 16, 2025. Shares under the
program were allocated today, November 28, 2025, at a price of NOK 30.4689 per
share which was the average volume-weighted share price of Aker Solutions on
Euronext Oslo Børs from and including November 21, 2025, to and including
November 27, 2025.
Aker Solutions sold a total of 187,293 own shares to participants under the
program, leaving the company with a holding of 8,697,007 own shares.
