Disclosure of Shareholding in Aker Solutions ASA
November 10, 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") regarding completion of the merger (the
"Merger") with Kværner ASA.
As a result of the Merger, Aker ASA's direct ownership in Aker Solutions has
been diluted from 6.37% to 3.52% through its holding of 17,331,762 shares. Aker
ASA's total shareholding controlled in Aker Solutions following completion of
the Merger, including shares held by Aker Kværner Holding AS, is 217,951,374
shares, equalling 44.28% of the total number of shares outstanding.
