Aker Carbon Capture AS - Primary insider notice

Aker Capital AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA and a related company of Kjell Inge Røkke, has today, 19 January 2021, transferred all of its shares in Aker Horizons AS (under name change to Aker Horizons Holding AS), which indirectly holds 51% of the shares in Aker Carbon Capture AS (the “Company”), to AH TI AS (under name change to Aker Horizons AS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker Capital AS. Kjell Inge Røkke serves as a deputy board member of the Company.

Following the transaction, Aker Capital AS still holds, through its wholly owned subsidiary AH TI AS (under name change to Aker Horizons AS) 288,682,939 shares in Company, which constitute 51% of the Company’s shares and votes.
