Aker Carbon Capture ASA: Conversion to public limited liability company completed - New board and new name registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aker Carbon Capture AS

(the "Company") published on 3 June 2021, regarding the minutes from the

extraordinary general meeting in the Company held on the same day ("EGM")

whereby it was, inter alia, resolved to approve a conversion of the legal form

of the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited

liability company (ASA), changes to the board and the Company's articles of

association (the "EGM Resolutions").

The EGM resolutions have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) following which the new name of

the Company is Aker Carbon Capture ASA and the Company's board of directors now

comprise of:

· Kristian Monsen Røkke

· Øyvind Eriksen

· Nina Kristine Jensen

· Oscar Graff

· Liv Monica Stubholt

· Linda Litlekalsøy Aase
