Aker Carbon Capture AS: Minutes From Annual General Meeting
April 20, 2021 - Aker Carbon Capture AS has today held its annual general
meeting at the company's headquarters in Fornebu, Norway. All proposals on the
agenda were adopted.
The general meeting resolved to elect the following new member to the board of
directors: Liv Monica Stubholt. Ms Stubholt is currently a partner in Selmer AS,
an Oslo-based law firm. She has more than 15 years' experience from leadership
roles in energy and climate-related industries, including roles as deputy
minister in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Petroleum
and Energy.
Henrik Madsen (chairman), Kristian Røkke, Øyvind Eriksen, Nina Jensen and Oscar
Graff remain members of the board of directors.
