Aker Carbon Capture AS: Minutes of extraordinary general meeting

Aker Carbon Capture AS (the "Company") has today held an extraordinary general

meeting ("EGM") as called for on May 12, 2021.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the EGM

notice, including the conversion of the legal form of the Company from a private

limited liability company to a public limited liability company (ASA). The

Company is expected to be converted into an ASA and thereby change its legal

name to Aker Carbon Capture ASA, on or about June 4, 2021.
