NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN AKER CARBON CAPTURE AS

September 7, 2020 - Aker Carbon Capture AS hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on September 23, 2020, at 11:00 CEST. The meeting will be held at the offices of Aker Carbon Capture at Oksenøyveien 8, 1366 Lysaker, Norway.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we urge shareholders to vote electronically prior to the meeting or issue a proxy to the chairman of the meeting, and not attend in person.
