AKER BP: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Aker BP ("Aker

BP" or the "Company") on 30 October 2017 regarding the private placement of

shares in the Company. Reference is also made to the Company's stock exchange

announcements published 21 November 2017 regarding the extraordinary general

meeting's resolution to authorise the board of Aker BP to increase the share

capital and the board's subsequent resolution to increase the share capital.

The Company's share capital has been increased by issuance of 22,376,438 new

shares. The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, the

Company's registered share capital is NOK 360,113,509, divided into 360,113,509

shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
