In connection with the company's annual share savings

program, primary insiders in the company have subscribed for

the following monetary amounts:

-Alexander Krane, CFO: NOK 600,000

-Ole Johan Molvig, SVP Reservoir, NOK 550,000

-Gro Gunleiksrud Haatvedt, SVP Exploration: NOK 400,000

-Bjørn Thore Riebesen, Board employee representative: NOK

388,036

-David Torvik Tønne, VP Corporate Controlling: NOK 400,000

-Ifor Sellevoll Roberts, Deputy Board employee

representative: NOK 389,500

-Jonas Gamre, VP Investor Relations: NOK 250,000

-Eldar Larsen, SVP Operations: NOK 200,000

The shares in the program are offered at a 20 percent

discount and are subject to a three-year lock-up during

which employees will not be allowed to sell the shares. The

price for the shares, and consequently the number of shares

to be allocated, have not yet been set. In total, employees

subscribed for approximately NOK 93 million.
