On 08 February 2023, one or more of CGC’s management companies disposed of 3,794 shares of the Company, resulting in a shareholding amounting to 7.716% of total voting rights and 7.716% of total share capital. Please see the enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of shares in the Company held by each management company in respect of which this notification relates.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 632,022,210 votes and the total share capital figure of 632,022,210 shares were used to calculate the percentages.
