Acquisition of Hess Norge completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 24 October 2017 regarding

Aker BP's agreement to acquire Hess Norge AS. All closing conditions have been

fulfilled, and the closing of the transaction took place on 22 December 2017.
