AKER BP: NOTIFICATION OF TRADE - AKER CAPITAL AS

Reference is made to Aker BP ASA's ("Aker BP" or the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 21 November 2017 regarding the board's resolution to increase the share capital.

On 21 November 2017, Aker Capital AS ("Aker") was allocated 8,950,799 new shares in the capital increase, as subscribed for on 31 October 2017.

Following completion of the share capital increase, Aker will own 144,049,005 shares in Aker BP, corresponding to 40 per cent of the outstanding shares in the Company.
