2014 subscribed for 21 338 shares in the ongoing

rights issue of the company, equal to the allotted

rights. The subscription price is NOK 48.5 per share.

At the same time Anita Utseth, primery insider in Det

norske, has subscribes 748 shares at the same price,

equal to the allotted rights. After the transaction

the wholly-own subsidiary Hjortefot AS and Anita

Utseth hold together 72 282 shares in Det norske.
