Cancellation of DETNOR03 bond

Aker BP on 30 June 2017 announced it will call the DETNOR03 bond (ISIN

0010736382) in accordance with clause 10.3 of the Bond Agreement.

The bond will be repaid at 110 per cent of par value (plus accrued

interest), with settlement date 31 July 2017.

Record date for the call will be end of 27 July 2017.
