Aker BioMarine ASA – Fixed income investor meetings
22 August 2024: Aker BioMarine ASA ("AKBM") has mandated Arctic Securities, DNB Markets and Nordea as joint lead managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Friday 23 August 2024. A new NOK denominated 3-year senior secured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. As previously announced, AKBM has entered into an agreement to sell the Feed Ingredients business. The proceeds from the sale and the potential bond issue will be employed towards refinancing existing debt, distributing an extraordinary dividend and to fund general corporate purposes.
