Aker BioMarine ASA – Successful placement of senior secured bonds
29 August 2024: Aker BioMarine ASA ("AKBM") has successfully completed a new bond issue of NOK 1,600 million, carrying a coupon of 3 months NIBOR +4.25% p.a. with quarterly interest payments. The bond issue was oversubscribed.
The net proceeds from the bond issue, together with proceeds from the sale of the Feed Ingredients business, will be employed towards refinancing of existing debt, distributing an extraordinary dividend and general corporate purposes.
Arctic Securities, DNB Markets and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the placement of the new bond issue.
