Aker BioMarine ASA – Notice of Annual General Meeting (Correction)

2 April 2025: Reference is made to the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent on 31 March 2025. The Notice of Annual General Meeting is adjusted so i) a new matter 7 regarding election of members to the nomination committee is included and ii) the proposed remuneration to the Company’s auditor is adjusted. The attached notice replaces the notice dated 31 March 2025.

The annual general meeting of Aker BioMarine ASA will be held on Tuesday 25 April 2025 at 13:00 CEST.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, and voting will be handled online during the meeting. Information about log-in details for the meeting is available in the notice of the general meeting. For further information regarding participation, please go to www.akerbiomarine/agm.

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and proxies is 24 April 2025 at 16:00 CET.
