28 March 2023: The annual general meeting of Aker BioMarine ASA will be held on Thursday 20 April 2023 at 15:00 CET.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, and voting will be handled online during the meeting. Information about log-in details for the meeting is available in the notice of

the general meeting. For further information regarding participation, please go to www.akerbiomarine/agm.

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and proxies is 19 April 2023 at 16:00 CET.
