It has been announced at the referenced disclosures that our Board of Directors have decided to increase the registered capital ceiling, extend the date of capital ceiling registration as of end of 2021, to make amendments in the Bank's articles of association regarding article 9 and article 48 and to authorize the General Directorate to conduct operations in this regard with relevant official authorities and within this context necessary applications were made to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency ("BRSA") and Capital Markets Board ("CMB").

The above-mentioned applications were found appropriate by BRSA and CMB and "Amendment Draft" which is approved by CMB is attached.

In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
