It had been announced at the referenced disclosure that our applications regarding the extension of the effectiveness period of the registered capital ceiling for another five years between 2021-2025 while maintaining the current ceiling for registered capital and the amendment to the Articles of Association were approved by BRSA and CMB.

Our application for the amendment to the Articles of Association has been also approved by the Ministry of Commerce.

In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
