Akastor ASA: Declaration of extraordinary cash dividend
Fornebu, 30 October 2025 - Akastor ASA's (OSE: AKAST) board of directors has,
based on the authorisation granted by the General Meeting on 24 April 2025,
decided to pay a cash dividend to Akastor ASA's shareholders of NOK 0.4 per
share (in total about NOK 110 million), based on the 2024 annual accounts. The
distribution will be classified as a repayment of paid-in capital.
