Pursuant to section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, we hereby give notice that the funds managed by Newtyn Management, LLC sold 78,432 shares of Akastor ASA on June 20, 2024; which brings the total number of shares held by the Newtyn funds to 41,068,543 shares. This represents 14.99% of the 274,000,000 issued shares and voting rights.
