Disclosure of large shareholding

Pursuant to section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act, we hereby give notice that the funds

managed by Newtyn Management, LLC have sold 1,500,000

shares of Akastor ASA on November 24, 2016 which

brings the total number of shares held by the funds to

39,835,754 shares. This represents 14.54% of the

274,000,000 issued shares and voting rights.

The shares and voting rights are held as follows:

26,000,951 shares held by Newtyn Partners, LP

13,834,803 shares held by Newtyn TE Partners, LP
